We are constantly bombarded with pictures of  celebrities showing the perfect body and many of us wish we would go to bed and wake up looking like one of them. 

There are no quick fixes and we don't all have the same body type. Celebrities have this body we strive for , because they watch what they eat and spend many hours in the  gym. Most have personal chefs who prepare their meals
If we are serious about being healthy we should make small changes: Start exercising, modify our diet and get more sleep.
There is no reward without a little sacrifice and pain.
